Maintenance of the Extrusion Line at the CHUPP “Poisk-1”

Habsans specialists Habsans performed maintenance of the extrusion line HS-A65/35 at the production site of CHUPP “Poisk-1” (Chaussy, Mogilev region).

The reason was a customer request: unstable eccentricity parameters. This is a modern enterprise with a full production cycle, where such technical challenges require a prompt and professional approach.

As part of the maintenance, the following tasks were carried out:

1. Eccentricity Adjustment – parameters were calibrated to ensure stable equipment performance.

2. Elimination of Electromagnetic Interference – significant influence from external electromagnetic fields on the Proton eccentricity gauge was detected. The issue was resolved through software adjustments to the measurement algorithms.

3. Line and Cabling Check – diagnostics were carried out to verify the correct installation of the line and the functionality of all components.

4. Instrument Panel Upgrade – additional information was added at the customer's request to enhance operator convenience.

Recommendations operating instructions for the extrusion line and system usage were provided, including measures to reduce electromagnetic interference.

Result

All tasks were fully completed within one day + one testing day. The equipment is operating in normal mode. Working linear speed: 500 m/min.
